We offer a wide choice of breakfast, everything is fresh and sourced locally using our local butcher and greengrocer. Our house contains pictures and decor to show it to its best advantage, we are handy for touring beautiful North Devon, Exmoor and Lorna Doone country. We are near to lovely Bicclescombe park, the Cairn nature reserve, the town and famous harbour.

M5 Junction 27 Take A361 Through Barnstaple all the way to Ilfracome. At Mullacott Cross go straight on at the large roundabout and descend the long gentle hill, at the bottom of the hill, we are on the left hand side. Pull into our carpark.
